I’ve worked as a leadership and development coach across a
range of industries and companies of varying sizes. And
throughout the process of working with groups, teams, and
individuals, one thing became clear – too many people were
unfulfilled in their roles and had disengaged from their jobs.
I encountered people who wanted to make a change but were
